The interior of the car wasn't cleaned properly and my request to rotate wheels was overlooked.

Straightforward procedure everything is easy and plus you don't have to wait for anybody to see you. Everything comes in text message.

Rang for a price for service and MOT. When paying the cost was more and was told the cost quoted did not include oil. After half an hour complaining the assistant reduced the price to the one quoted. Should not have to complain.
