Was easy to book, service and health check was carried out whilst I waited. Everything was completed promptly, staff were very pleasant & the facilities were very good. The only thing I would have appreciated was a confirmation email/text just prior.

My car was booked in for 10am it was 10mina later before anyone came for it . When I asked the staff would it be ready for 12 the 2 hours it was booked for she was not able to provide me with a definite reply

Transparent communication from Lois and mechanics. Health check video a great way of letting the customer know what is happening with their vehicle.

I wasn't given timescale (I had a waiting appointment) . Took ages. The service girl smelt strongly of cigarettes which I found v unpleasant
