When arrived My booking was cancelled. I made this booking in November and had a email 2days before confirming it. But my car was taken in. Next days more problems when trying to pick car. Whole experience was disaster.

A pre call would go a long way, having to drive home to get my licence and NI card would be something I would have brought have this 1 minute call be made. It was a 45 minute journey each way so I was extremely frustrated

The person who returned my car left the lights on, which I didnt notice until I went into my garage the next day. Fortunately my battery was not flat.
