The staff member who dealt with me was not aware that I had made a complaint & she did not ask me what the issue had been which led to my complaint & the reason why I had brought the car back

Booked service through the Mini app. Garage were aware of requirements. However several hours after drop-off they called to say they had no brake pads and so couldn't perform the service. I'd taken the day off work so wasn't ideal. V good otherwise.

Although I had to wait 3 hours, they did a good job, full diagnostic report and software update and I must have had half a dozen complimentary coffee n biscuits ??

I feel the whole thing could have been handled a lot better and communication to get things done would help. On a plus point your reception team do a great job.
