Mini service used to be in the warm friendly atmosphere of the mini showroom. Merging it in to the cold sparse corporate BMW showroom isn't the same experience at all. The reception greeting was fine, but not like dealing immediately with service

Eddie Edwards gave me excellent customer service. Professional, courteous and he looked after the problem. Due to his intervention I was not charged for the part. He should be commended for the first class customer service he delivered.

Customer care is obviously very important to the service team and when I was handed my keys back the gentlemen was very friendly and went through everything that had been done even showing us a video of the safety checks they did. Brilliant.

The service staff, especially Eddie, go beyond polite. They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest. There are no 'sharp intakes of breathe' they say what needs to be done openly and honestly. It is always a job well done including a clean car.
